Skurring1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skurring app (“App”), published by Skurring (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is intended for individuals for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:
- ·Use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- ·Not attempt to disassemble, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.
- ·Not use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- ·Not use the App to distribute malware or illegal content.
3. Traffic Safety
Skurring is designed to support drivers, but your safety and the safety of others on the road is always your responsibility. You must never operate the App manually while driving. Use the App only in compliance with applicable traffic laws and local regulations. We disclaim all liability for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from negligent use of the App while driving.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, including design, code, text, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Skurring or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. No rights are transferred beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
The App integrates services from third parties, including weather data and radio catalogs. These services are provided by independent parties, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of their services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- ·The App will always be available or error-free.
- ·Weather and traffic data is accurate or complete.
- ·Radio streams will always be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skurring shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the App, if any.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For material changes, you will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App from your device.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
